This gamin tracks all activity. If you are changing from one sport to another, change it from your phone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Vivosmart automatically tracks your steps, heart rate, etc. But if you want to time your swim/run or track data like pace, distance, etc., then you'll need to go to the activity screen, turn on GPS tracking, and push the button to start.
