Vivo smart HR +2 weeks old. It's been great and charged fine but the low battery came on and now will not charge no matter what I do. null

I had issues with getting mine connected to the charger. Make sure you line up the pins first, then try to snap it on. Where mine aligned to snap, it wasn't making contact with the pins. When mine was in place it was very difficult to snap the outer bracket. When you do have it correctly connected to the charger, you will see the screen on the tracker change.....Don't expect to find much info from the online manual or the quick start guide about charging....

Mine did the same thing a couple of months ago. I took it into a Best Buy store, and since I had bought the Geek Squad protection I was able to swap it out for a new one.

I bought a fast charging box, it seems to be the only way to get it to charge. I didn't have any luck with the computer or car, takes way too long to charge with either of those 2 options. The car is a great way to charge a little bit while you are driving though without losing steps.

Had that problem once. Make sure charger is plugged into the device - but I don't know how you do that, frankly. Go to where you bought it and get expert advice.
