• It will allow you to access music in your nearby mobile device. For example if youre jogging and you hit the button on your Garmin it will activate the music on your phone. Hope that helps

• You cannot add music to the activity track/watch but it can control a music player. For example you can assign the tracker to control a tablet or MP3 player. You will need to tell the player which application to be accessed but after that it is automatic. Start/ /stop/next tune/last tune really like the Garmin product!

• The vivosmart HR + does not have the ability to store music on the device. The band can be used to control a music player when paired to a compatible smartphone.
