Pretty sure you can as the only radio on this tracker is Bluetooth. If you're already carrying around a BT enabled phone, then this should be fine as well.

This sensor samples your heart rate occasionally with LED lights that illuminate through your skin to measure changes in light as a result in blood flow through your vessels and capillaries. The frequency in measurement increases as the device detects increased movement such as going for a walk or run. It is recommended that you reach out to your physican to discuss using this device with pace maker.
