Display is the weakest category for this product. Could not get the actual feel in the store and I would have selected another product on the poor back light in general.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is very readable compared to the vivoSmart ... BUT it is very dim in the dark. It is ok in dim lighting and fabulous in the daytime and in direct sunlight (which has been a problem with Garmins in the past), but if you are in a very dark place, I find it to be almost too dim to read. It is kind of frustrating.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At night in total darkness I can read the display if I tap it first - it lights up then for a few moments - long enough to read the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the display could be a bit better at night I suppose, however you can adjust the brightness level. I have mine set at 2/5 bars and it works for me- even considering I'm far-sighted.
