I am attaching screen shots of sleep tracking from iPhone. It does not track REM. It tracks by deep, light, & awake. I have not tried to wake up with sound as I am hard of hearing. However I wake up each day using the vibration. It is enough for me. You can schedule recurring alarm. Only issue is that you can only have one alarm. On the fitbit I could have multiple. I don't see capability to alarm on light sleep windows.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the vibration wakes me up no problem, it shows you your heart rate and time you slept, also shows movement and deep and heavy sleep, also shows if you woke up through the night. we are very pleased with the info. stair climbing feature is the only thing we are not satisfied with, doesn't always work syncs very easily and works with Strava too we use in conjunction with our Garmin computers on our bikes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, doesn't track REM. However, the alarm wakes you with vibration. Starts out light and gets stronger. Yes, it is enough to do both, wake you slowly and from a deep sleep.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't used the alarm function. It does not track REM sleep; only hours of sleep. Do you have a problem spelling out "you"?
