Is it water proff for swiming null

Absolutely! I swim all the time. This was one of the deciding factors for my decision to go with the agar in over Fitbit and others.

It is waterproof I have used it in the pool and wear it in the shower daily

Yes. I accidently swam with it and it was fine.

YES !! I would not go beyond 4 feet. Normal swimming and shower is ok.

This item has a water resistant design but swimming is not recommended.
