• It doesnt SAY waterproof anywhere on the package, but i swim, bathe, and work around water every day and it's waterproof.

• Yes me and my husband have them and have gone swimming tubing and shower with them and it continues to track progress during those events

• It is water resistant to a certain depth, I am not sure of the depth. I shower and swim in mine without any problems in a regular pool, nothing more than 10 foot deep.
