      Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you're happy overall with your vívosmart HR, but wanted to take a moment to address some of the concerns raised within your review. We're sorry to hear about your concern with the wristband size. As mentioned, there are two sizes for the vívosmart HR. We recommend using the vívosmart HR sizing guide to help with deciding which size would fit best:

      With regard to your sync troubles, there are a few troubleshooting suggestions that I'd like to make that may fix this issue and prevent it from reoccurring.

      1. Please ensure that the Garmin Connect Mobile app is up to date. If "auto updates" are enabled on your phone, you may already be up to date. If not, you can check the Google Play Store to see a list of app updates that are available, if any.
      2. Please ensure that your vívosmart HR has the latest firmware installed. We recommend using a computer to update the device via Garmin Express (
      3. Please ensure that you're following the pairing instructions as listed below. (Please note: Your vívosmart HR will not function properly if paired directly through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. It must be paired within the Garmin Connect Mobile app.)

      Once your vívosmart HR and the Garmin Connect Mobile app are updated and the devices are paired, they should sync properly.
