• THE MEASUREMENTS ARE LISTED ON GARMIN WEBSITE AND BESTBUY.COM. I HAVE A 7 INCH WRIST. THE REGULAR WILL FIT, BUT ITS TIGHT AND YOUR USING MOST OF THE HOLES. THE EXTRA LARGE FITS GREAT, BUT HAS LOTS OF HOLES LEFT OVER WITH THE BAND LONGER. I BOUGHT THE EXTRA LARGE.

• I had the reg size one and when I tightened it I only had about 4 notches left, I bought the extra large one and now when I tighten it I have about 12 notches left and I feel that the difference between reg and extra large is a big difference I think the strap is about 2 inches longer on XL one which is very noticeable when on your wrist.
