A:AnswerYou bet!! Be sure to set up your on-line accounts or phone app - you will get easy to read details on your sleep and heart rate - ALL day long.
A:AnswerThe app for mine was free a year ago and again recently when my wife got her own. At least for iPhone it IS free. Follow the instructions booklet for the real app. Hope you aren't being duped into fraudulent Android app.
A:AnswerI have an old Samsung phone charging dongle (that's what it's really called) that is rated 5v @ 1Amp (chargers range from .5 (500ma), to 3A). Using my 1A dongle it usually charges in an hour. It may start to record that time as sleep if you stay sedentary after, but that's easy to edit in the app. I haven't charged it on 3Amp or 1/2 (500ma) yet. The charge really does last 4-5 days depending on settings.
TL:DR about 1 hour
A:AnswerWorks fine without a phone. You can setup a free online account and it will keep your week's activity log.
I think the online account gets the info from vivo when you charge it with usb.
A:AnswerIt does sync with MyFitnessPal app. I have both on my iPhone and they do auto-synchronize whenever I have one of the two apps up.
However, it isn't a perfect synchronization. The Garmin app calculates exact calories burned for various movements and activities. I have found that MyFitnessPal app syncs some of these calories burned, but not all of them. So the MyFitnessPal app for me always shows fewer calories burned than what the Garmin app displays.
The MyFitnessPal app "help" function claims that it estimates calories to be burned over the day and that's why the data doesn't match. That doesn't make sense to me, but that's what MFP claims about why there is always a difference (even after Completing the Day on both apps).
