A:AnswerThe vivofit 2 comes with two bands. The smaller of the two has numerous oval latches that could be adjusted to fit a small wrist. Depending on size it still would have about a five to six inch face where the information. I.e. Steps, time shows. This part may be too big on top of wrist.

A:AnswerThe vívofit 2 syncs via a small ANT plugin device (included in the box) inserted into a USB port on the computer. As long as the Windows 7 computer has a port, you should be fine. \tw/
