“What settings do you use to cook frozen dinners? IE Cook on high for 5 min on 1100 watt microwave (on my GE Profile)? OR can this microwave do that? I should have checked before I bought it :( Having problems converting 700 watt from 1100 watt.”

We encourage you to follow the directions on the food package. The directions will list a range of time like 6-8 minutes for example. They do this to help you make any necessary adjustments to the timing for a microwave that is higher or lower in cooking wattage. The difference in cooking time when going from a 1000 watt to a 700 watt microwave is usually measured in seconds not minutes. Start with the lower time and add time as needed.
