Q: QuestionThe shelf I would place this on is 10 3/4 inches deep. If I place a piece of wood on the shelf to extend it to 14 1/2 inches, would that work?

• A:Answer Yes. The front of the front feet (of the microwave) are just under 12" from the back panel. Your added shelf should be secured to the shelf under it and I would suggest that you drill 4 shallow pockets into the added shelf for the microwave feet to slip into in order to ensure the microwave doesnt slide around. The oven is quite light and pushing its door open button can cause it to move around on a surface.

• A:Answer No only countertops! This is designed exclusively for a kitchen countertops. It has vents that are built into the back of the microwave. If installed into a cabinet, these vents will be blocked and unable to release steam from the microwave. Talk about a fire hazard for your kitchen

• A:Answer Hello! Operating different cook settings can be confusing and we would like to offer help. Cook Time allows you to microwave for any time up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. To operate: 1. Press Cook Time. 2. Enter cooking time. 3. The power level is automatically set to 10, but if you want to reduce it, press Power Level, then select a level from 1 to 9. 4. Press Start/Pause- You may open the door during Cook Time to check the food. Close the door and press Start/Pause to resume cooking. Q: QuestionI see that the turntable is 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Often there is more room inside than the size of the turntable. My dinner plates measure 10 7/8 in diameter. Will they fit in this microwave.
