Air Fry cooking uses heating elements to rapidly raise the temperature of the air inside the oven. A fan circulates the heated air throughout the oven, over and around food, producing foods with a crispier exterior than traditional oven cooking. The rack and crisper pan are required for good air circulation and even browning, and the stainless steel Crisper Pan included for use with Air Fry does have a non-stick coating.
