- Answer There is a stainless microwave crisper pan Included with purchase which is specifically designed for use with Air Fry mode. We recommend using the appropriate tray to prevent any messes as this will be dependent on the types of food you are cooking in your unit.

- Answer This microwave model requires adequate air clearance on each side, the rear and the top to function properly. This allows good circulation for the intake and discharge of air vents. The suggested air clearances are 3" of clearance on both sides and the top, with 1" clearance in the rear.

QuestionAir Frying and just got the message “flip” on the display and beeps. I hit pause and opened the door. I got a long beep so I quickly closed the door and hit start. Manual does not say to pause or stop. How do we do it correctly? Thanks!

QuestionCan a small chicken be cooked in this oven? Air fry or Convection? Can biscuits, brownies be baked? Our neighbor is thinking about this oven and honestly we have not taken ours out of the box yet. Stove clearance is making location challenging. Thanks

QuestionOccasionally the turntable moves in a jerky motion. It moves smoothly for a few seconds then slows down to almost a stop then moves faster and smoothly for a few more seconds and repeats this throughout the cooking cycle. Is this normal?

- Answer No. The turntable in my unit did that and then quit turning altogether. This happened the first few days after I brought it home. I took it back and got a replacement that works.

QuestionCan the internal light be replaced if it stops working? The owners manual indicates that the light can be turned on to view the items cooking. Is this correct or is it always on when cooking? Thanks!

- Answer Hello there - Great question! The interior light cannot be replaced. When the microwave is cooking the internal light will be on so you can see the food inside. All microwaves have a window in the door that has a mesh screen inside of it. This screen helps keep the microwaves inside the cavity, and is a necessary part of the microwave. QuestionDo I have to coat the unit with oil or the food with oil to air fry? Does the grease get on the insides and through the working holes inside? I am having trouble wrapping my mind around this two-function microwave oven.

- Answer Hi there, Thanks for reaching out, you've asked some great questions! Good news, you will not need to use oil when using air fry. Air Fry cooking uses heating elements to rapidly raise the temperature of the air inside the oven. A fan circulates the heated air throughout the oven, over and around food, producing foods with a crispier exterior than traditional oven cooking. The rack and crisper pan are required for good air circulation and even browning, and the stainless steel Crisper Pan included for use with Air Fry does have a non-stick coating. QuestionJust to be clear, is microwave the default setting? So if I put a frozen dinner in like a Lean Cuisine, I can just set the cook time and press start like I do on my current microwave? Or do I need to select a microwave option before starting? Thanks.

QuestionThere’s a yellow sticker on the control panel display that reads “Remove protective film before use”; where is this film that it’s referring to and how does one remove it?

- Answer The yellow stick is on top of a film protecting the clock and keypad! I took time (a lot of time) peeling the yellow sticker off only to discover the film was beneath it!

QuestionCan coffee already made be re-heated in this (in the proper vessel ? pyrex or something else? using the microwave feature. My wonderful several years old GE microwave no longer works & cannot be repaired. Thanks! Any suggestions? buying a hotplate!
