Hi Jan - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! The comparable replacement model is GE Profile™ 2.2 Cu. Ft. Built-In Sensor Microwave Oven PEB7227ANDD (Dark Gray). This model is compatible with GE® Required 27" Built-In Trim Kit JX7227SLSS (stainless) and GE® Required 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX7230SLSS (stainless). Trim Kits are sold separately. Please try again later.I ordered a microwave from you without seeing it to my 91 year old Mother that is in a nursing home and my Mother said it’s too big for her so I called Best Buy support number and she said I have to go to Florida and bring it back to Maryland for a return well my Mother is in Tampa Florida and I’m in Maryland and I hope you can figure out the rest and that’s why I’m upset
