I bought one in November 2021 and a year and a half later the door wouldn't open. Because I bought it at Best Buy less that 2 years ago, and am a member, I was able to get a replacement voucher. They told me that GE had finally fixed the door problem and, since I really liked this microwave, I got another identical one. So far, so good. Hopefully you can do the same.
