A single-serving of cold lasagna takes probably a minute. Mashed potatoes reheat faster than the piece of sirloin steak next to it. It really depends on what the dish is you're reheating. At tops, a plate of food will not take any longer than 2 minutes unless it's piled high on the plate and you want stuff scalding hot.
