“How do I use the reheat and vegetable cycle? When I push the reheat it says 1-2! When I push 1 it starts right up but I don’t know the length of the heating time and I don’t know how or if I can adjust it! Help,,,,”

My microwave only came with an inadequate and fairly generic quick guide, but the full manual is available at GE's website (geappliances.com) under "support" by entering your model number. It includes details about the sensor cook modes. In Reheat, for example, 1=pasta, 2=vegetables, 3= dinner plate. But you're right; it doesn't indicate time remaining during the first portion of those cycles.
