“When the microwave is on and cooking is the fan come on to keep if from overheating? The sensor for cooking has a cover over it is this normal should it be covered”

• I can tell you, I just returned mine for over heating. The outside was too hot to touch.

• The fan seemed to be working, not exactly sure because we would turn it off immediately due to the loud noise
