Mine isn’t broken yet but it is making a grinding noise when I turn it on. After seeing your post I think there is an issue with this microwave
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If u still have warranty use it. Get another microwave . mine broke down after 2 yrs. 2 wks . fortunatly i had purchased extended warranty. Best buy exchanged it for a new same model microwave. No problem and for an addinal 35 $ i got another 4 yr warrenty.
