- Answer Flush mounting is not required for this model. The unit can be configured for outside back exhaust, outside top exhaust, or recirculating ventilation. Please refer to the installation instructions starting on page 11 for the applicable installation requirements.

- Answer The microwave arrives set for external venting and can vent upward or through the rear. The venting can be altered to recirculate for a non-vented, ductless install. The installation instructions describe all three installation types.
