• A:Answer The instructions are in the manual. Basically you unscrew the fan housing and slide it out, flip it over, slide it back in and put on a plate.

Q: QuestionI just bought this - the door latch appears flimsy, and the entire door shifts up and down. It was a replacement of an earlier GE model that was sturdy. It says "stainless steel" but is the door mostly plastic? Model: GE JVM6175SKSS OTC microwave.

Q: QuestionTrying to find a replacement microwave for GE HVM1750SM1S. Don't want to replace brackets and have to drill new holes in the cabinet. We bought a GE JVM6172SKSS,.but the securing bolts are much closer to the front of the cabinet, (about 2 inches).
