Hi there, Vinnie! We appreciate you reaching out to us. We do not call convection cooking by any other term. We have an air frying feature, but it is not available in our over-the-range microwaves and it functions somewhat differently than convection cooking. We also offer our Advantium over-the-range microwaves which lists convection cooking as one of the 5 available cooking methods.
