“The max depth is 13 inches. Why? Our cabinets are 13.5, don't really want a whole bump out part that would have it sticking way too far out. Is there any recommendations for this depth or ways to adapt?”

In order to install an over-the-range microwave under a deeper cabinet (14",15", or 16") deep cabinet, a Bump Out Kit is required.
