“I'm really interested in getting this but a lot of review say there's not a back to this. Does the back come with it? And if not how do you get one?”

Hi Susan - Thanks for your interest in GE! Some upright and chest freezers do not come with a rear cover plate where the power cord comes out, even though the case may have holes where screws could go. This is part of the design, therefore a cover plate cannot be added to these models. We’d love to have you in the family. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue
