“The freezer details list installation included with delivery. But then it says it's a Special Order item and won't be installed. So which is it? Will the delivery include bringing it into the kitchen or only to the outside? Important to know!”

Delivery guys put it in my garage, plugged it in and then helped me to level it since my floor was uneven. Not sure if that was in their job description but it might have helped since my dad was trying to work it and he's a senior citizen. You can always ask but the only installation outside of placing it inside is to plug it in and turn the freezer temperature at the bottom to the temperature you want.
