Frost inside the freezer typically indicates that the door is not properly sealed or has been left open. If frost is found, you can clear the frost by using a plastic spatula and towel. You don't need to connect a water line to this refrigerator to operate it and the electrical outlet is sufficient. Please do keep in mind that this unit is icemaker-ready and if you ever want to add the accessory (#IM4D) to the refrigerator, you must have a water connection. -- We hope you found this helpful. QuestionShould refrigerator temp reach 37 degrees? Had mine delivered yesterday & still has not got below 50 degrees. Freezer is working fine. Put on highest # to cool to help.

- Answer No it does not. It cost 19.99 to haul it away. Make sure the haul away charge is on your receipt before leaving. I didn't and people delivering my frig wanted $50.00 to haul it away.....TALK ABOUT CROOKS!!

- Answer While the GTS17DTNRWW model has not been tested with glass shelves, it does look like they will fit. You would need to purchase the shelve from our 16.6 cubic foot model that comes from the factory with glass shelving. -Vikki@GEAppliances
