Can you install an ice maker on this freezer? null

The above answer is not correct. Some upright freezers WILL except a ice maker. a Whirlpool WZF79R20DW will take a ice maker.

No you can't however there is so much room and it can substitute for a Fridge just lower the temp.

I didn’t see anything about ice maker options in the manual. It is just a freezer.
