A:AnswerI bought a GE ice maker for $80 sadly I bought it from Amazon because there were no shipping options unless I was having it installed but I wasn't paying $70 for something I could do myself for free.
As far as other fees not sure if this was a special or something but delivery/installation of the new fridge and haul away of the old was free.
A:AnswerHello - this is Nancy at GE and I am happy to help you. A refrigerator should always be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet (115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase AC). The refrigerator should be on a dedicated circuit. This is recommended for best performance and to prevent overloading house wiring circuits. It could cause a possible fire hazard from overheating wires. All current GE refrigerators require a 15 amp fuse/breaker. Note: Volts x Amps = Wattage. Start-up amps and wattage are usually three times more than the running amps or watts. The running amps and volts are listed on the refrigerator rating plate. I hope this helps!
