QuestionI can't figure out how to get into the sliding deli drawer beneath one of the shelves. It doesn't seem to have a way to open! (without breaking something)

- Answer I moved the deli drawer to the top shelf and gave it enough room under. I used the top shelf for all my small things like eggs yogurts snacks. This worked for me.

QuestionMy old fridge labeled the vegetable and fruit drawers, this one does not. Is there a specific drawer that the vegetables and fruit should go in? Are there plugs that should go in the door where the handle was switched? There are two open holes.

Questioni just purchased this model. is the door reversible? it would be much more convenient if it opened opposite. also a follow up on the garage question. can a summer/winter switch be added, as the old one had?

- Answer Hi there, thanks for your questions! Congrats on your new purchase! Yes, the door swing is reversible. Instructions begin on page 15 of your Use and Care manual. - As for the Summer/Winter switch, we would not recommend attempting to add another switch to your unit as it has not been tested and approved with this in mind. The bottom left side of page 10 in your installation instructions talks more about refrigerator location requirements if you're curious about room temperature for your refrigerator. QuestionWhy can’t this refrigerator be used in the garage if we don’t plan to use the ice maker? The guy at the store we bought it from knew that is where we wanted to use it, and didn’t say anything. Thanks

- Answer Hi there - Great question! This refrigerator's power cord is about 5'-6' long. The cord comes out from the rear of the refrigerator, about 9" up from the floor and 3 1/2" over from the right as you face the front. We hope that this helps! -MikaylaGEA
