Recommended copper water supply kits are WX8X2, WX8X3 or WX8X4, depending on the amount of tubing you need. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Buy a proper icemaker hose. They have the connectors already attached. For the fridge itself, there is a black plastic cap that covers the threads. Remove it and screw on the connector at the end of the hose and turn on the tap. (By the way, you might want to have a bucket handy, then run a few gallons of water through the pipe to clear out any sediment in the pipes before connecting the hose to the fridge.)
