• Hi Tony- Thanks for considering GE! The internal dispenser should not cause a concern with energy efficiency as it only takes approximately 7 seconds to fill an 8 ounce glass and only one door opening is required. The internal water dispenser is located on the inner left wall of the fresh food section for easy access. This features appeals to those seeking a smooth outer door design. Keep in touch! SUEatGEA
