The fridge is 33" wide. If your space is really exactly 33" wide, you might not even have enough leeway to be able to get it in there. But your question was about the doors. If that 33" width of your space extends all the way from back to front of the fridge (which is about 27" deep, not including the door handles), then the answer is no. When the upper doors open, they rotate on their hinges in such a way that the corner of the door sticks out another 1/4" at least beyond the sides of the fridge. So, to open either door at all, you'd need to have at least 33 1/4", and maybe a bit more. So you'd need at least 33 1/2" for both doors to be openable, even to just 90 degrees. But even then, it would be very awkward to try to reach into the fridge with the doors open only 90 degrees. They really need to open fully to have enough access. (You'd be able to open the freezer door just fine though, since it pulls straight out.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! Thanks for asking! We'd recommend making sure that the air clearances are met, those can be found on page 25 of your installation instructions. You can also take a look at page 24 for information about measuring the cabinet space where the refrigerator will be installed. So long as the installation instructions are followed and there is not a wall/obstruction around or next to the doors of the refrigerator, you would be able to open them fully. Hope this is helpful! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA
