Q: QuestionMy opening is 36' I have a wall on the left hand side. if I push fridge all the way to the right so there is 3' on the left side will left door open wide enough to pull out drawers? I am not concerned about removing them just accessing them. Thank you

• A:Answer Hi there, thank you for reaching out with this excellent question. Both French doors need to be able to open at least 155 degrees in order to be able to fully access the drawers. We do not believe that the 3' clearance next to the wall would meet that requirement. Q: QuestionHow does the water dispensing system know when there is a filter or bypass plug? Is there a switch? My water does not dispense after changing the filter. Can I check a switch or whatever completes the circuit when the filter is plugged in ?

• A:Answer Hello- Thank you for your question. The refrigerator doesn't know if the by-pass plug or filter is installed. The by-pass plug basically tricks the refrigerator into thinking there is a filter. If the water comes out with the by-pass and not with the new filter, the issue is most likely the filter. Unless you didn't press in with your glass on the dispenser for a couple minutes to get the air out of the line. We hope this is helpful. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. Q: QuestionCan someone please measure bottom of fridge handle to the bottom of the fridge door and from floor? I need to figure out if the handle will clear (be higher than) a dishwasher handle when fridge door is open for an added 1.5 inch or of opening. Thanks!

Q: QuestionMy ice maker keeps making ice when bin is full! So when I open freezer drawer the ice falls underneath. I can reach to get it but it sure is a pain. How do you shut the ice maker off once bin is full? I didn’t receive a complete owners manual!

• A:Answer I can only shut off the water valve underneath my sink that the plumber made separate for the fridge but it will stop the ice and water in the fridge if I turn it off. He suggested I change the filter every 1.5 years.
