Yes I have this problem. I push really hard and hope by the time it tears, I will be able to replace the unit with a built in. This was in several reviews, so maybe GE will send replacement hoses when they wear out but I doubt it, as it likely how the unit stores the hoses that is doing it and they aren’t going to fix that for us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience. We truly appreciate you choosing this fantastic portable dishwasher for your home and are very sorry to hear that your unit came with a kink in the hose. This is certainly not the experience that we would wish for you and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. It is very important to ensure that all connections are securely attached to prevent any leaking or damage to the unit. Given this, we would recommend that you reach out to us via email at our Contact Us page on our site so that we can learn more about your situation and offer you guidance. Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the model and serial numbers for your appliance. Attaching a picture of the hose would also be beneficial if possible. We are so glad to have you in the GE Appliances family and are looking forward to helping you with this soon. All the best! -Eliza@GEA
