“I keep getting a message on the screen that says “door” every time I try and use the microwave. Any suggestions”

• I've never experienced this, but my guess is that the door isn't tightly closed, due perhaps, to something lodged between the door and microwave. Check to make sure that your door latch is working properly, also.
