• Yes, you can add while it is filling and after it starts washing and the door locks there is a pause button to temporarily stop it and unlock it to add the item.

This washer features a lid lock that engages only during the spin cycle. If the lid is opened during the wash or rinse portion of the cycle, the cycle will pause, and the Status lights will blink. This allows you to quickly add an extra item if need be! To resume the cycle, close the lid and press Start. You can learn more about operating these cycles on pages 7-9 of your Use and Care Manual.
