“The washer has a sensor to determine the amount of water needed for the size of the load being washed. It seems the water level doesn’t reach the top of the clothing or is sufficient in my washer. Is there a way to manually raise the water level?”

Hi ShallowInPaloAlto- Yes, the washer features auto-load sensing which means it will automatically measure the load size and add just the right amount of water. It will not fill the tub. This is normal and cannot be adjusted. Therefore, you may notice that your washer fills with less water than your prior model did. This is normal.
