Hi Me- GE Unitized Spacemaker® Laundry Center GUD24ESSMWW is not approved for 120-volt operation. It requires 208V or 240V. View Quick Specs: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=GUD24ESSM_24GSSM_C3.pdf - (The figure 120/240 simply means one side of the 240 line operates the motor and 240 operates the heaters. If you try to operate on 120 volts only the heaters will not work efficiently). We also offer GE® Space-Saving 2.8 DOE cu. ft. Capacity Stationary Washer with Stainless Steel Basket GNW128SSMWW and GE Spacemaker® 120V 3.6 cu. ft. Capacity Stationary Electric Dryer DSKS333ECWW. Optional Stacking Kit DSDR24F sold separately. Keep in touch! Sue
