• A:Answer My laundry closet is H 81"/ D 28"/ W 28" and it fit. It may be a tight fit for you width-wise, but I believe it should fit. If you have Best Buy install your unit they won't do it because the depth of your closet will require that you purchase a flexible vent in order for the unit to fit. I learned the hard way that they only sell non-flexible vents and won't install anything unless all the installation parts are purchased through them. Also, if it's a difficult job, which sounds like it will be because of the size of your laundry closet the contracted Best Buy installers will make every excuse in the book to not install it for "liability" reasons, so just be ready to do it yourself or buy it somewhere else.

To determine the proper amount of items/clothes the washer can handle, they should fit below the balance ring of the washer tub and not be stuffed too tightly. Q: QuestionCan the dryer door be flipped to the other side? Hinges on the left I mean.

• A:Answer It does not appear that it can be reversed. There is a door open detection switch and a door catch on the left. The hinges are on the right. For a reversible door there normally are hinge receiver holes on the left side. However for this model there are no hinge receiver holes. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO

Q: QuestionDoes this come with all accessories needed for hookup? Since Best Buy no longer offers hookup service and we have to do ourselves, we want to make sure we will have everything that we need in one order.

• A:Answer As this model offers a gas dryer, it should be connected to an individual branch circuit with a three- prong grounding-type 120 volt receptacle. We recommend it be protected by 15- or 20-amp time-delay fuses or circuit breakers. This unit is equipped with a 6-foot long flexible U.L. listed 20-amp power cord to match a 15-amp receptacle. We believe the outlet you've described is typically used for a 240 volt electric appliance. You may wish to consult an electrician for assistance with your electrical service. -Vikki@GEAppliances
