What size gas line do I need for this? null

Being a total novice, I think the gas HOSE dimension is different than the question asked here which is about the PIPE coming from the wall. They are 3/8 or often 1/2"

The 1/2 size answer is untrue I bought a 1/2 flex gas line and it’s to big for the gas outlet on machine
