Hello - Thanks for reaching out! Washers are shipped with Styrofoam at the top of the tub opening. There are two pieces to remove. After the machine is in the home, remove the installation information and hardware and leave the Styrofoam shipping material inside the tub opening. This will hold the tub in place during the rest of the installation. Once the washer has been moved close to its final position, remove the Styrofoam shipping material from underneath the washer.
