Yes simply push the start button to pause

If the unit is paused and the cycle isn't restarted within 15 minutes, the current wash cycle will be cancelled. In some causes the unit will drain first, then unlock the door when it's paused. This model washer/dryer combo has a Soak cycle used to soak clothes. The tub will fill with water to soak and gently agitate the load. At the end of the cycle the remaining water will be drained.
