Hi there! We appreciate your interest in our washer and electric dryer combo unit. The unit should be installed in a dry area with a solid surface to rest on. Minimum clearance when installing should have 0" on both sides, 3" in the rear and 1" on the top. Please keep in mind that installing in a cabinet may cause the unit to vibrate more than the norm.
