“I just had my unit installed. The tech who delivered and installed started the unit and left. At the end of the cycle it beeped and Shows H20 water supply on the display. I turned off the unit but what does this mean and how do I know the cycle was done”

We can understand wanting to check. 2017 and newer electronic control washers are equipped with a Consumer Help Indicator (CHI). The CHI is our way to communicate a simple remedy that you can perform for some situations without the need to call for service. H2O SUPPLY, IE, or if the Wash and Rinse lights are blinking, this normally means that water isn't entering the washer. We recommend that you check your house water supply. Did you forget to turn on one or both supply valves after installation or coming back from vacation? As soon as the message starts to scroll, the washer will initiate a 4 minute lockout period. The washer controls won’t respond/change during this time. After the 4 minutes, you can begin your cycle again. If you try to bypass the lock-out period by unplugging the washer, the 4 minute timer will start over again.
