Q: QuestionAre the temp controls set at the factory or am I able to control the temperatures of the fridge?

• A:Answer Hello Allisa. This is Lida with GE Appliances. You can definitely change the temperature controls from the factory setting (0F and 37F). The temperature adjustment is at the top of the fresh food section. I'm glad you asked!

• A:Answer Hi - Our beautiful slate color is a highly engineered, low-gloss matte metallic paint finish inspired by the rich texture of stone. While slate does compliment other appliances, whether or not it matches other finish appliances like your black and stainless range would be subjective. The design of your kitchen, cabinetry, style of flooring and even the lighting could make a difference in how you perceive these colors when placed in the same room. • A:Answer Hello Mango - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. The refrigerator and freezer temperature controls are inside at the top of the refrigerator. The freezer temperature control default is "0" degrees and this can be adjusted by pressing either side of it up or down. The refrigerator default set temperature is "37" degrees and it can likewise be adjusted up or down. Please allow the refrigerator at least 24 hours to adjust to the new temperature setting.
