Hello, thank you for your question. We are sincerely sorry your freezer's high temperature alarm is blinking. Pressing "Alarm Reset" on the control will silence the alarm, and stop the flashing, but the "High Temp" LED will keep flashing until your unit reaches a safe storage temperature.
