Hey there, and thanks for reaching out to us, We hate to hear you've had an issue with the temperature light blinking and know that must have caused some concern. If the temperature display is flashing, that may be the unit trying to alert you to an irregular temperature. If the freezer is still new this may simply happen because it hasn't had enough time to cool down to normal levels; in that case the blinking would stop once the freezer has had enough cooling time. If the issue is still going on after a day or so, you should check to make sure the door is closing and sealing completely; if there is an issue with the gasket that is preventing a seal, that could cause a temperature issue. If that does not resolve the issue, disconnecting the unit from power for a few minutes to reset the electrical components may work.
