QuestionWhat water filter do I buy for this model? And how do you install it?

- Answer This model uses the XWFE water filter. If you're purchasing the unit new, the water filter will come pre-installed in the fridge. If you need to replace your current water filter, please follow the steps in the section titled: "Water Filter Cartridge - XWF" on pg. 9 of the Owner's Manual. The Owner's Manual can be located on the product homepage on the Best Buy website at the bottom of the "Features" section.

QuestionThe rubber casing in the feeezer is loose. freezer has lots of ice. Can the rubber seal be replaced.
